Onboarding process

Revenue Deposit

Your revenue and data is available on your partner dashboard. and we will send out your revenue at the 28th of every month to your bank account (Subject to Bank timings). You can download your transactions and invoices.

Verification process

The partners need to upload in your National ID (based on your country of operation) and your banking details with your incorporation store certificate to use our platform to store luggage.

Partner Support

After verification, we will list your store on our platform and promote it in nearby locations to attract tourists for luggage storage. Additionally, we'll run ads on social media and search engine platforms to boost visibility.

Protection & Security

Our Insurance policy

We offer a secure insurance policy for customers using your store. However, in cases of theft or damage to luggage, Doorap reserves the right to charge the partner a fee based on the situation or potentially delete the partner's account.

Order Tags for Luggage

The partners can order tags from Doorap to keep track of the booking to safely identify customer's luggage & security. We charge a flat fee of €9.99/month for 500 tags and deducted from your revenue wallet on Doorap partner dashboard.

Posters & Flyers

The partners can order QR code posters & Marketing Flyers for free when you have successfully verified your partner account and bank confirmation. We will provide it during partner on-boarding or send it via post to your store address.
